Guests who fail to show up without notifying us ('no-shows') will be charged 100% of their scheduled service amount with no refunds issued.

If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your session to ensure the next guest is not delayed. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the originally booked service time.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cold, flu, or any contagious illness. Receiving a massage while sick can overtax your immune system and make you feel worse. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness, your therapist reserves the right to decline service, and standard cancellation fees may apply.

New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete intake forms and settle in. Returning clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early. We highly recommend silencing mobile devices and putting phones away before your service begins. Clients should refrain from answering calls or text messages during the session unless it is an absolute emergency.

The minimum age to receive a massage unaccompanied is 18 years old. Minors aged 13 and older may receive services but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the visit.

Oasis Healing Massage gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All membership rules, billing details, and specific policies are outlined in your individual membership agreement.

All payment methods, transaction processing, and payment data security are safely handled by our third-party booking partner, Mangomint. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your service or membership, but is greatly appreciated by our therapists and can be left via cash or digital wallet at checkout.

All services are strictly therapeutic and professionally licensed. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior, language, or solicitation of any kind. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, the client will be charged the full price, and law enforcement may be notified.

What is the policy on health conditions and medical disclaimers?

Massage therapy is for relaxation and muscle tension relief and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients are responsible for obtaining medical clearance from a physician prior to care for ongoing conditions, injuries, or surgeries, and must fully and accurately disclose all health conditions, allergies, and medications.
