Cancellation & Policies
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their service. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their service and will not be refunded. Customers that arrive late to their appointments will have the time deducted from their session. Please note all appointments booked online must be paid in full. Tips are not included in services prices.
