Designed specifically for guests aged 65 and older, our Senior Swedish Massage offers gentle, restorative pampering. Using light-to-medium pressure, this full-body session focuses on deep relaxation, stress relief, and boosting circulation. It provides a soothing experience crafted for overall physical comfort rather than targeted area work. If you require deep pressure or focused treatment on specific trouble spots, we recommend scheduling a deep tissue massage instead.
